Google Workspace – Business Development Manager

Location: Milan, Torino, Bologna, Roma

Required credential

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Required Qualification:

  • > 3 years of relevant experience working in SaaS and/or productivity tools’ sales
  • Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding goals 
  • Experience managing sales cycles in enterprise accounts
  • Ability to leverage C-Level relationships to position company portafolio
  • Great verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent Italian speaker with ability to conduct business in English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Googlers
  • Identify leads and close sales with enterprise accounts
  • Understand and demonstrate a technical understanding of Google Cloud offerings
  • Qualify sales opportunities, set proper customer expectations, and handle negotiations
  • Direct the sales process involving other Esource Capital  resources, such as Sales Engineers and Deployment Project Managers
  • Create, validate, and close new business opportunities
  • Consistently develop a pipeline to successfully achieve assigned revenue goals
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Effectively structure, write, deliver proposals, presentations, and overcome objections
