The candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of ESource marketing materials for the Italian market (website, proposals, customer training sites, telemarketing campaigns, etc. )
- Supporting international deployment team and providing customer training during Italian implementations
- Providing support by e-mail, telephone, chat, web forms to customers
- Continuously seeking opportunities to position Esource solutions in customers
- Documenting individual interactions (technical & commercial) and recognizing when issues must be escalated to other colleagues or management team
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of formal college education
- Able to work independently with little supervision (after appropriate training)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to interact on a professional level with customers and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) or similar applications. Experience with apps (iphone and android) is a plus
- Familiarity with Google applications (email, calendar, docs, sites, drives, hangouts)
- Fluent English and Italian (Spanish is a plus)
